Description: It has been reported that a tug boat sailing offshore east of Sao Tome island was chased by two skiffs. No further information received yet. ARC will update if more information
is received.
It is likely that due to the size of the tug, it may have been targeted for use as a mother ship. Whether the attack was successful or not, the threat remains in the area.
