Description: A bulk carrier sailing from Lagos offshore Nigeria reported a suspicious approach whilst south of Brass approx. 68nm SW of Bonny. The Master raised the alarm, increased the
vessel speed and carried out evasive manoeuvres as crew mustered in the citadel. The skiff stopped the approach. Vessel and crew safe.
