Description: Tanker was approached by 6 or 7 robbers in one speed boat whilst alongside at Apapa port. One robber boarded the vessel and inserted a hose into a cargo tank. An on-duty crew member
saw the robber and raised the alarm, causing the robber to flee and escape in the speed boat.
