EU puts a stop to antitrust exemption for liner shipping consortia The European Commission has decided not to extend the EU legal framework which exempts liner shipping consortia from EU antitrust rules. 11. A major project which aims to ensure that no country is left behind in maritime decarbonization is set to continue its work through to 2030, following a large new injection of funding.
