Description: MDAT-GoG reported that a merchant vessel was attack in Togo Anchorage. No further details released as yet but from tracking systems a Navy vessel is at the
location.

 

Update: According to subsequent reports, 3 armed men boarded the vessel and gunfire was exchanged between the armed men and the embarked Togo Navy guards. 1 Togo Navy guard was reported
as suffering a bullet wound to the leg. Reports so far state that 3 crew have been kidnapped, however this is still to be 100% confirmed.

 

Update 2: It has now been confirmed that a tanker was attacked and 4 crew members were kidnapped.
