Description: A tanker was boarded by a person at Takoradi anchorage. He used a blanket to get over the razor wire at the forecastle, but was seen by a crew on duty who shouted at him, which lead the person to jump
back overboard where he was picked up by a waiting fishing boat with 3 to 5 others onboard. Local port authorities were informed, and nothing was reported stolen. Another vessel, a cargo vessel, also reported a similar incident earlier in the night.
