Description: A vessel at anchor at Monrovia anchorage was boarded by 1 person who climbed into one of the vessel’s lifeboats, and who shortly after jumped back into the water. Afterwards,
the crew carried out a search of the vessel but no stowaways were found on board. The following morning, crew noticed that food and items had been stolen from the lifeboat.
