Description: Gunmen have kidnapped 4 persons in Bayelsa State, Nigeria. 2 are workers of Nigerian Agip Oil Company (NAOC), 2 are government officials from the Bayelsa State Ministry of Environment and the
National Oil Spill Detection and Response Agency. Whilst visiting the site to investigate an oil spill the gunmen kidnapped and took the 4 persons to an unknown location and later contacted NAOC to negotiate their release.
