Dear Members,
Please find attached a Draft Report to MSC and the ILO Governing Body, concerning last week’s meeting of the ILO/IMO Tripartite Working Group to identify and address Seafarers’ Issues and the Human Element (JTWG) held at IMO Headquarters from 27-29 February 2024. Eight representatives were elected from each of the Governments, Shipowners and Seafarers.
