Scorpio Tankers announces mou licensing Fowe fuel saving devices for entire fleet Scorpio Tankers announced that the Company has signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding to install the Fowe Eco Solutions fuel emulsion systems across its entire fleet. UK Chamber of Shipping names new chief executive The UK Chamber of Shipping has appointed Rhett Hatcher as its next chief executive, replacing Sarah Treseder.Hatcher has recently retired from the Royal Navy.
