7. Enova grants Viridis $14m in funding for ammonia-powered bulker duo. Norwegian government enterprise Enova has decided to grant NOK 152m ($14.1m) to Viridis Bulk Carriers for the construction of two ammonia-powered bulk carriers. Russia Still Relies on Europe for Shipping its Oil Roughly two-thirds of Russian crude and petroleum products is being transported by vessels insured or owned in nations implementing price caps imposed by the G-7 and its allies, the Helsinki-based Centre for Research on Energy and Clean Air said. 9. Biden Administration Completes Environmental Review of Dominion Energy’s Virginia Offshore Wind Farm. The 2.6-gigawatt (GW) project is the largest offshore wind farm planned in the United States and could potentially power 660,000 homes with renewable energy. 10. Baltic index rises to over 4-month high on stronger capesize rates. The Baltic Exchange’s main sea freight index, which tracks rates for ships carrying dry bulk commodities, rose to its highest since mid-May on Monday, supported by gains in the capesize vessel segment.
