Description: At approximately 0915 local time, merchant vessel was fired on multiple times whilst underway to Port Harcourt from Lagos. The embarked Nigerian Navy guards returned fire and vessel conducted evasive manoeuvres.
At 1130 local time, vessel came under attack again and was fired on.
Crew and vessel confirmed safe and she continued her transit.
