Description: ARC has received a report that a fishing vessel heading to Conakry has come under attack whilst offshore. Local authorities have been informed and are responding.
UPDATE 1: According to MMCC, the vessel was intercepted by a Senegalese Navy ship and found with no crew onboard. It is believed that the fishing vessel was involved in international drug trafficking.
Fishing vessel has been escorted to a nearby port for further investigation.
