Description: An OSV alongside at Federal Ocean Terminal, Onne, was boarded by two persons. The crew on watch spotted them and raised the alarm and port security came
to the vessel. One person escaped whilst the second attempted to hide onboard. After a search, the remaining person was found and arrested by port authorities.
This is the second attempted theft at Federal Ocean Terminal in two weeks.
