Description: A vessel reported a theft at Monrovia anchorage, Liberia. 1 person was seen by the Officer On Watch and raised the alarm. After a search carried out by the crew, it was noted that a mooring rope had been stolen. Initial reports
stated a tanker however AIS location data shows a cargo vessel.
