Description: A bulk carrier was boarded whilst alongside at Lagos. Whilst on rounds, crew members noticed that the lock to the paint room was missing. Once found it was evident that it
had been cut with bolt cutters. 114 cans of paint were found to be missing. It was also discovered that the razor wire on the starboard side of the vessel (water side of the vessel) had been cut.
