Description: A tanker was boarded by 3 persons in the private-run Secure Anchorage Area at Lagos. The duty officer onboard noticed the 3 persons on the forecastle and
the alarm was raised, leading to the 3 persons to flee. A Nigerian Navy patrol vessel arrived on the scene to investigate. Nothing was reported stolen.
