Description: A crew member onboard a vessel at Takoradi anchorage saw someone attempting to board the vessel via the anchor chain. Security measures in place stopped the person from getting
on board and the crew member raised the alarm. 3 persons were seen escaping in a boat. All safe on board and local authorities were informed.
