Description: A reefer vessel at anchor at Banana Anchorage was boarded by 3 thieves. They were spotted by a crew member in the forecastle stores. Alarm was raised and the thieves left
the vessel. A search confirmed that four cans of paint and twenty lead seals from CO2 cylinders were stolen.
