Description: 5 persons in a wooden boat came alongside the OSV whilst at Luanda anchorage, Angola. The Second Officer saw 1 person trying to board the vessel. The crew mustered and the
alarm was raised which resulted in the persons escaping. Incident was reported to local port authorities. All safe.
