Description: A bulk carrier drifting offshore Ghana reported that it was approached by an unidentified bunker barge or small tanker. The bulk carrier started to move away from the unknown
vessel and once it had reached about 4kts, the unknown vessel resumed its journey and speed away. The bulk carrier continued to increase the distance between the vessels. All safe onboard.
