Description: A tanker sailing from Lomé to Douala was approached at the southern edge of the Benin EEZ by a fishing vessel. Fishing vessel had navigation lights and was making 16.5kts
and tried to approach the tanker. The tanker carried out evasive manoeuvres and the fishing boat gave up its approach. Tanker and crew safe.
