Description: Whilst at Kwanda anchorage, officer on duty saw two skiffs coming towards the vessel. The alarm was raised and SSAS activated. Crew members mustered near citadel. The two skiffs noticed that the
alarm had been raised and turned away towards the Congo river. Port authorities were informed and a patrol boat was sent to the area. All safe.
