Description: Whilst vessel was at anchor, a speed boat came alongside with 4 persons. It was detected by a guard but was not able to raise the alarm as a robber had a weapon trained on him. Guard
was made to lie on deck whilst the robbers stole cans of oil. They then left without entering the ship. All reported as safe.
