Description: During rounds, the duty officer noticed a person jumping overboard with a hose near the forward cargo tankers. Alarm was raised and the crew mustered. Later
searches revealed that the person was likely attempting to steal cargo but was unsuccessful. Incident reported to a nearby Nigerian Navy patrol boat.
