THREAT AGAINST OIL & GAS

Location: Omoku, Ogba-Egbema-Ndone LGA, Rivers State, Nigeria
Description: A militant group called Bayan-Men have blown up a second oil facility belonging to Nigeria Agip Oil Company (NAOC). The attack comes immediately after the expiry of
a 24 hour ultimatum the group gave NAOC following a previous attack. The group have given NAOC another 7 days to “open windows of negotiation with the 27 communities of Omoku clan”.
