Description: The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and Trade Union Congress have given a 24-hour ultimatum to secure the release of the NLC Chairman, Ben Ukpekpi, who was kidnapped yesterday.
The unions have told the state government and security agencies that unless the Chairman was released unharmed, the unions would be forced to strike and shut down labour in Cross Rivers state.
