Description: Operations at Nigerian Agip Oil Company (NAOC) in Brass have been disrupted by local community protests. Women and youths from Twon Brass Kingdown are protesting against
NAOC due to electricity shortages since March 2021. Protesters are picketing NAOC’s facilities and blocking access to offices at Brass Island. However local reports state that operations at Brass terminal offshore have not been affected.
