Description: 4 robbers boarded a vessel whilst alongside at the jetty. The Office on Watch spotted the robbers and raised the alarm, causing the robbers to jump overboard with stolen jerry cans of grease.
They boarded a small boat alongside the tanker where two other robbers were waiting and escaped.
