Description: Duty AB on an anchored vessel spotted movement on the port bow of the vessel, and observed one person climb onto a fender in an attempt to board. He informed the bridge and duty officer raised
the alarm through the PA system. The person attempting to board jumped back overboard, and 2 boats were seen speeding away from the tanker.
Nothing was stolen. This was the 4th robbery attempt in December 2017 at Lagos anchorage.
