Location: 5nm SW of Bonny Island, Entry Channel to Bonny River, Nigeria
Position: 4°17.36’N, 07°04.00’E
Description: It has been reported that a speed boat attacked a merchant vessel between Bonny Island and Bonny Fairway Buoy. The security team on board responded by firing shots, causing the speed boat to abort
the attack. Vessel and crew reported as safe.
