Description: Tug boat was sailing in the Gulf of Guinea in international waters and noticed fishing boat lower 2 skiffs. One skiff with 3 or 4 persons on board approached the tug at high speed.
Master raised the alarm, increased speed and headed into the swell. No further information.

 

UPDATE: Vessel is confirmed as safe.
