Ukrainian forces conducted an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) attack on the port of Ust-Luga, Russia. Ambrey reviewed video footage of the attack, which showed an explosion at an impacted location. Russian officials indicated that Russian air defence systems downed 22 UAVs. At the time of writing, no damage to port infrastructure or merchant vessels had been reported. Ambrey is aware that Ukrainian UAVs had previously targeted and damaged the port on five occasions between 22 and 31 March. Ambrey will provide updates as new information becomes available. <br/><br/>ADVICE: Vessels conducting Russian port calls are advised to conduct comprehensive dynamic voyage threat assessments. The crew is advised to remain within the designated Safe Muster Point (SMP) during UAV attacks on infrastructure. The SMP should be located above the waterline, amidships, and low-down in the superstructure.<br/><br/>
