5. Norwegians make tanker moves Norwegian shipowners have stayed quiet this year, with few deals to report. This has now changed. A string of deals is reported in the clean tanker segment. Brokers report this week that Bergen-based investment outfit Tailwind has snapped up two 20,000 dwt, 2016-built chemical tankers, TRF Kobe and TRF Kristiansand for $66 m.
