1. Castor Maritime announced pricing of $18.0 Million registered direct offering
Castor Maritime announced that it has entered into a securities purchase agreement with certain unaffiliated institutional investors to issue approximately 94.8 million of its common shares and warrants to purchase up to an aggregate of 94.8 million common shares at a purchase price of $0.19 per common share and accompanying warrant in a registered direct offering. The warrants will have an exercise price of $0.19 per share, are exercisable immediately and will expire five years following the date of issuance.

2. Croatia’s first LNG carrier arrives to the terminal and starts commercial operation

The South Korean-flagged handysize tanker Hankuk Chemi was seized on Monday morning by Iranian forces while it transited the Strait of Hormuz. The DM Shipping Co-owned vessel had been underway eastbound at 12.5 knots prior to the incident from the Petroleum Chemical Quay, Jubail, Saudi Arabia, operated by Sabtank. 7. Section Second Cut in Golden Ray Wreck Removal
Crews finished with the second cut of the Golden Ray wreck in St. Simons Sound, Georgia on Saturday and the section now awaits lifting onto a barge for disposal, the incident command reported. 9. Government Floats PPP Model For Dredging Projects At Major Port Trusts
“The revenue share between major ports and PPP operator may be the bidding parameter for floating the PPP projects. The existing PPP operators of the berth may share proportionate cost based on the volume of cargo handled along with the berths operated by the major ports themselves,” says the draft prepared by the ministry and circulated for public consultation.

10. Rotterdam: Arrangements For Moderate Increase In Port Tariffs Extended By One Year
The three-year arrangement on port tariff increases that exists between the Port of Rotterdam Authority and the relevant market parties, represented by Deltalinqs and VRC, is to be extended by one year. As has been the case from 2018 to 2020, port tariffs will be increased by 1% in 2021. This applies to both sea-going shipping and inland shipping.
