Women in Shipping Summit – London Shipping Week

Winds of change within the maritime industry have seen the women’s movement improve shipping. The wave of equality may not be perfect, but through embracing the talent and value of women, the industry has become more innovative and more open to change. But understanding the challenges women face and acknowledging the value they can provide is only the start. The Women in Shipping Summit will take place at the Mary Ward House Conference & Exhibition Centre, London, and is an officially endorsed event of LISW19. Over the course of the two days keynotes, presentations and sessions will cover everything from opportunities for diversity, challenging unconscious bias, health, mentoring and attracting talent, and helping you find your executive voice. This event will aim to present solutions to improve the status quo – so that you will leave with a set of practical advice and tools you can use to build your career in the maritime industry.

As InterManager are supporters of the event, you’re entitled to a 20% discount in addition to the early bird which is ending on 14th June.
