Established in 1991, CrossWorld Marine Services Inc, provides fresh and innovative crew management services to the shipping industry.
Based in the Philippines and with offices in Greece, Crossworld today has a managed fleet of more than 230 vessels under a large number of distinguished principals.
The company is involved in every stage of the crew management process, from crew accounting, annual budgeting and beyond, offering continual functional and technical support. The team’s extensive skills encompass all aspects of crew management including, but not limited to, crew requirements definition, recruitment and selection, crew training and union negotiations.
